Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only & the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. In particular we shall not be liable for any matter which results from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events which are beyond our control. GOIS reserves the right to deliver goods by instalments, each instalment being treated as a separate contract. Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier usually the goods inwards dept. or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installations within the purchaser’s premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged prior to delivery & will be charged extra. All goods must be examined & signed for on receipt. 
Returns & Replacements
Standard goods will only be accepted for return after prior agreement with us & within 14 days of receipt. A handling charge may be imposed which will vary dependent on the condition of the goods when returned. Carriage charges for the outward journey plus the return of standard goods are payable by the purchaser. Bespoke goods manufactured specially for a customer will not be eligible for return. 
Ordering & Specifications
No Order submitted by the buyer shall be deemed to be accepted until confirmed in writing by “GOIS” and any subsequent amendments must also be confirmed by the buyer in writing. Due to continual design and manufacturing improvements, strict accuracy of specifications, colours, sizes, weights and illustrations cannot be guaranteed. “GOIS” reserves the right to change specification without formal notice.
If you require specific colours, sizes, weights, specifications to suit your needs or fixed delivery dates please mark clearly on your order or ask for clarification.
We will acknowledge your order after receipt (normal working hours mon-fri 8.30-5.30) with a confirmed cost / anticipated delivery date. 
If this is not acceptable, contact us by return, we will try to resolve any issues to your full satisfaction and if we cannot, you can cancel your order without charge prior to despatch of goods (unless made to order products).
Some products are supplied with minor assembly required to keep transport costs down, product weights / sizes referred to are approximate and any stated load capacities are for evenly distributed loads and must not be exceeded.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices quoted are normally inclusive of carriage (unless otherwise stated) for UK mainland only (excluding highlands and islands). All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Whilst we shall endeavour to maintain the prices shown, this we cannot guarantee & we reserve the right to charge the price ruling at date of despatch. In the event of a price alteration after an order has been places & prior to despatch notification of such alteration will be made before despatch of goods. Order under £50.00 in value may be subject to a £5.00 administration charge. 
Reservation of Title 
Title of the Goods shall not pass to the buyer until the buyer has paid GOIS in full.
In the event of sale of the Goods by the Buyer to a third party “the Company” reserves title to the proceeds of sale.
All risk and responsibility for safe keeping, maintenance and insurance passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Copyright
“the Company” does not necessarily own the images, codes, IPR or trademarks etc of goods from their guest suppliers. The display of or sale of goods by “the Company” is done so in good faith and the so doing shall not transfer or affect ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights / Trademarks etc of the Goods or render “the Company” liable for any event.
